RESTORATIVE YOGA
REST & SPACE

Facilitated by Lisa O’Neill, Neal Goshal & Karla Brodie

Restorative Yoga is not achievement yoga!!
You don’t need any level of fitness or yoga experience to attend.

“Restorative Yoga is the greatest thing I’ve ever done for my practice and my energy.
Taking time where there is nothing to do except to rest and ‘be’, Retreating is a gift to ourselves.
We need to create space for what’s next, we need to remove our life debris and give ourselves the opportunity to expand.
Life can be depleting and if we are not careful we become shrivelled and bound “
